We are thrilled to announce that Isolcell S.p.A. has made history by becoming the first to design, supply and install an Oxygen Reduction Fire Prevention System in Japan! This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication and expertise of our team. 🇯🇵🚀

The oxygen reduction system is in operation and actively protects 24/7 a fully-automated warehouse from the risk of fire. The fire prevention system has been designed according to:

– the general requirement ISO 20338 (Oxygen reduction systems for fire prevention – Design, installation, planning and maintenance) and,
– IEC EN 61508 (Functional Safety of Electrical / Electronic / Programmable Electronic Safety-related Systems (E/E/PE, or E/E/PES) being the ORS components certified SIL-3.
